Where is Olsen Run Comedy Club located?

44 E 7th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401

Are there any age restrictions?

Unless otherwise specified as an ALL AGES SHOW, all of the shows at the Olsen Run Comedy Club and Lounge are 21 and up.

Is there a two item minimum?

Yes, there is a 2 ITEM MINIMUM PER PERSON for all comedy shows. This can be satisfied by purchase of any food or drink item on the menu. Concert events do not require the 2 item minimum.

Where can I park?

Two covered parking garages are located near the club for your convenience. The parking garage across the street is located at 35 W 8th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401 and offers free parking after 6pm.

What is Preferred Seating versus General Admission?

Select shows will offer Preferred Seating tickets and General Admission tickets. Preferred Seating is reserved for the best seats in the house, typically in one the first three rows in the center. General Admission is first come first served and is in any of the remaining six back rows.

What time do doors open?

We open our doors 90 minutes before the EARLY SHOW and 45 minutes before the LATE SHOW.

Are there rules during the shows?

Yes, there is no recording, heckling, or talking during comedy shows. If these rules are broken you may be asked to leave.

Are photography or video recording allowed during the show?

NO. Out of respect for both the performers and the audience, photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during the show. There will be opportunities to snap photos at the venue before and after the show, but not during a performance. 

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Depending on availability, tickets might be available for purchase at the door. However, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance online to secure your seat.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

All tickets are non-refundable.

Can I buy my ticket from someone else or a ticketing website?

NO, tickets are non-transferrable we will not accept tickets from any third party source. 

What happens if I show up late?

Late arrivals disrupt the performance (and you'll miss part of the show!) so we recommend arriving early. Any unclaimed tickets will be released 15 minutes after the show begins. 

Do you offer special accommodations for disabled guests?

Yes, our venue is ADA compliant and we strive to accommodate the needs of all guests. Please inform us in advance about any specific needs, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Can you accommodate large parties?

Yes. To ensure your party is seated together please arrive together and as early as possible.Parties larger than 6 will be charged an automatic gratuity of 20%.
